We bake everything by hand using shared equipment, and while we take great care to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

If you have a severe allergy, we recommend not consuming our cookies — as much as that breaks our cookie-loving hearts.

We care, we’re transparent and we still believe cookies should be fun.

Shelf Life

Our cookies are baked fresh and packed with love.

They’ll stay happy in their original sealed packaging for up to 14 days at room temperature.

Pro tip: if they last that long, you deserve a medal.

Enjoy Them Warm & Gooey

Cookies are good.
Warm cookies are life-changing.

Best method (highly recommended):

Preheat your oven to 180°C and warm cookies out of the packaging for 4–5 minutes.

Quick fix:
Microwave out of the packaging for 8–12 seconds.

(Any longer and science gets involved.)

Freezing for Later

Saving cookies for “future you”? Excellent planning.

Freeze cookies in their original sealed packaging, inside an airtight container. Keeps beautifully for up to 2 months

To reheat from frozen:
Pop them frozen straight into a preheated 180°C oven for 8–10 minutes until warm and gooey. (Yes, waiting is hard but, it’s worth it)

OR let the cookie thaw completely and then pop them into the microwave for 15 seconds.

Calories (The Honest Part)

Our cookies are big, indulgent, bakery-style treats — not dainty tea biscuits. Exact calorie counts vary by flavour, but here’s the truth:
These are meant to be enjoyed, shared (or not), and savoured — preferably warm.
